Photos on Punky Doodle Bugs advertising pieces throughout 2010.

Our grand prize winner will become the 2010 “Fresh Face” Spokes model for Punky Doodle Bugs Photography. He/She will have their photos taken each month for an entire year! They will also have the opportunity to earn additional print credits throughout 2010.

To enter you must submit 1 non-professional photo of your child (1 child per photo please) taken within the last 2 months.

You must be a member of the Punky Doodle Bugs email/mailing list (you can join when submitting your entry).

*Initial outfit will be chosen by Punky Doodle Bugs photography and must be worn during the “Fresh Face” photo session. Additional outfits will be chosen by the Fresh Face winner, and should be worn to monthly mini sessions.

Fresh Faces Photo Contest – The Fine Print
1. Child(ren) entered must not have been photographed by Punky Doodle Bugs
Photography within the past 6 calendar months as of the date of contest entry.
2. One entry per child. (if you have more than one child you may enter them
Individually as separate contestants; however, the winning session will be limited
to the winning child only)
3. Standard session policies apply, and all sales are final. For a complete list of
studio policies please contact Keri.
4. All entrants must be subscribed to the Punky Doodle Bugs Photography newsletter/mailing list to qualify. This newsletter comes out once a month and tells of new happenings, upcoming events and often specials or coupons.
5. All photos submitted may be in color or in black and white, and must have been
taken within the past 8 weeks of submission.
6. Submitted photos must NOT be from a professional photographer. We take no
responsibility whatsoever for copyrighted materials submitted in this contest. By
submitting copyrighted photographs into this contest you are accepting all legal
repercussions that may arise from the owner of the copyright. Photos taken by Punky Doodle Bugs Photography are not eligible.
7. Entrants may be from anywhere; however, the winning entrant must be willing to
travel to a Tonawanda location to complete all sessions. Extra fees apply for all
locations outside of the 30 mile radius of the 14150 area code.
8. Punky Doodle Bugs Photography reserves the right to disqualify or deny entry to
anyone at his or her discretion. This includes any clients who are banned from
booking because of copyright infringement, outstanding balances, etc.
9. All complimentary items are contingent upon receipt of signed model release.
The purpose of this contest is to acquire “fresh faces” for our marketing and
promotional materials. A signed model release is required for such use, and will
be needed to receive complimentary items.
10. The Fresh Faces winners must book their Full session within 4 weeks of being named
the winner. Mini Sessions must be scheduled each month, failure to schedule your mini session will result in the forfeiture of that months session. Session locations each month will be the choice of Punky Doodle Bugs photography. Sessions may be studio or on-location.
11. Children must be entered by their parent/legal guardian
12. Complimentary sessions MUST be of the child who wins. NON-TRANSFERABLE.
13. Print credits will be applied to standard pricing only and may not be combined
with any other offer, All sales are final.
14. The digital version of the photo you submit becomes property of Punky Doodle Bugs Photography for purposes of promoting the Fresh Faces contest. By entering this contest you are allowing Punky Doodle Bugs Photography to post the submitted photo of your child in a public matter on facebook, blog, website or in display promoting the Fresh Faces contest.
15. You agree to hold harmless Keri Cooper, Punky Doodle Bugs Photography
and all others associated with the contest or business, whether by participation
or employment association
16. Entrants will be posted on our facebook fan page on January 11th by noon (EST). Votes will be made by commenting under the photo you wish to vote for. Friends and Family may vote, but they must be a fan. Only 1 vote per person. Voting will end January 15th at midnight (EST).
